Applicant for employment, Rory Lowe, filed a lawsuit against Defendant Mondelez Global LLC (“Defendant”) on behalf of herself and a class of allegedly similarly situated applicants. The lawsuit, Lowe v. Mondelez Global LLC (the “Lawsuit”) is currently pending in King County Superior Court as Case No. 24-2-22714-8 SEA. Ms. Lowe (the “Plaintiff”) claimed in the lawsuit that Defendant’s job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of all of the benefits and other compensation being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendant disputes Plaintiff’s claims and contends it has not violated any law and that Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.
The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendant violated the law.
